1. How to become a BlackBear Store Member?
Store
If you spend over $200 in store, you can register as a BlackBear Store Member via our website
Online store
After registering as a general member on our website, if any order exceeds HK$200,
After completing the payment, the system will upgrade your account to a BlackBear Store Member in the early morning of the next day
Then you can enjoy the member price discount!
2. About consumption points
How to earn points? What are the points used for?
For every HK$1 spent in stores or online stores, you can earn 1 point; 1 point can be treated as HK$1 (for every HK$100 spent in stores or online stores, you can use it as HK$10)
(Except for park tickets, drugstores, cash coupons or gift certificates)
Website orders: Points will be automatically issued through the system 3 days after the order status changes to "Arrived" or "Picked Up".
Store shopping: Inform the store clerk that you need to save points and provide your membership card or phone number registered on the website. We will credit the points to your website membership account within 7 working days after you make your purchase in person.
How much does it cost to check?
Points balance can be viewed in the member account details on our website
How to use points?
Website: You can choose to deduct or not deduct directly when checking out, and you can choose the amount of deduction.
Store: You must have a phone number in your own name and inform the store clerk that you need to use points before checking out.
When do points expire?
The validity period is uniformly December 31st of each year.
Starting from January 1st, points earned on any day during the year will expire on December 31st and cannot be returned after that time.

Q. I am a member/gold member, why can’t I see the membership benefits?
If the customer finds that he cannot see the membership benefits, please contact our customer service staff to inquire and update the membership level and information on the website for you.
Q. Do I need to provide my email address to become a member?
A. Yes. Because our customers will be notified of all order progress, as well as the issuance or use of shopping credits via email, so under normal circumstances, you need to provide your email address.
Q. I didn’t fill in my birthday month before, what should I do?
A. Don’t worry, just contact me to update the information. (Only guests who have not filled in birthday information in their member account information can update this information. Guests who already have information cannot change it)
Q. How many general member accounts do I have? Can all members enjoy the member price?
A. No, in order not to affect the customer's discount experience, each person is limited to one BlackBear Store Member account.

Terms and Conditions
1. The member price system will start from 2022/10/10, and only newly launched products (*) or designated products will have member prices (that is, products before the start may not have member prices).
2. If the customer does not provide the birthday month when registering as a member, or has never contacted us to update the information, he will not be able to enjoy the birthday month discount. All membership information on the website shall prevail.
